Fees

My fees are set on a case-by-case basis. Fees can be flat, hourly, or contingent depending on the type of the case. For instance, I handle debt collection defense, and uncontested family law matters on a flat fee basis. I handle contested family law matters on hourly fee basis. ALL Social Security benefits claims, and some consumer law matters such as Fair Debt Collection Practices Act lawsuits are handled on a contingent fee basis.

**Do not send any documents to me unless I have specifically requested that you do so.

**This consultation policy does not apply to Legal Service Plans or Lawyer Referral Service ("organizations") members. I will continue to offer consultations to these members pursuant to my prior agreements with the organizations.

**Also, this consultation policy does not apply to Social Security benefits claims. No fee is paid on Social Security benefits claim unless the claim is successful.
